RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
Be returned with original tags and packaging.
Pre-orders and custom creations are not eligible for return.
Gian Saigon reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
Returns that do not adhere to the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Return Instructions:

Request a return by emailing info@giansaigon.com. with your order number and front/back pictures of the product.
Once approved, you will receive a return label and a packing list to print.
Place your item and a copy of the packing list inside the package.
Securely close your package.
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop off your package at your closest courier location.

REFUNDS
A refund will be issued back to your original PayPal account within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
